       In order to achieve quality control of electronic components from source to shipment, the company has established a systematic supplier grading management system and implemented a hierarchical inspection mechanism based on each supplier grade to ensure product quality and traceability, and to ensure that every delivered part is 100% original and genuine.

Active component supplier

Active device suppliers are divided into A, B, C, and F

A-class supplier: refers to the original factory or authorized agent of the original factory

A-class suppliers are able to provide complete product traceability information and possess original factory application technical support and after-sales service capabilities. The supplied materials undergo IQC incoming inspection and OQC outgoing inspection according to the company's standard procedures.

B-class suppliers: Refers to traders who have long-term cooperation and high reliability with the company;

C-class supplier: a new supplier who has officially started cooperation through trade reference standards.

Considering that some B/C suppliers may have incomplete traceability or risks from unauthorized channels, the company has implemented higher standard batch level risk control measures for the materials they supply, including but not limited to:

1. Identify the internal structural consistency and wafer information (Logo) of the device through in house X-ray and DE-CAP (open cover) analysis;

2. Utilize ERP system to record the entire inspection process and results, and generate standardized IQC inspection reports;

3. According to the product category, commission a third-party laboratory (designated as White Horse Laboratory) to conduct specialized testing, and archive and manage the testing reports;

4. If customers have traceability requirements for Class B/C materials, sales personnel must confirm feasibility with the procurement department in advance and obtain approval.

F-class suppliers: blacklisted suppliers

Suppliers with quality issues with incoming materials, three delivery issues within one year, and failure to provide timely solutions will have all cooperation cancelled and subsequent inquiries prohibited.

Suppliers of connectors and passive components

Materials must be purchased from the original factory or its authorized channels

This type of supplier is only classified as Class A, with the following main requirements:

1. Can provide guarantees in terms of price, delivery time, and long-term supply stability;

2. We can provide corresponding traceability information according to customer needs;

3. If there are any application related issues during the use of the product, the supplier can provide necessary technical support and assistance.

Overview of Inspection Process

According to the supplier classification, the company has established a hierarchical quality inspection mechanism, as follows:

1. Incoming quality control (IQC)

Applicable to all material categories, with a focus on checking routine items such as incoming label information (brand, model, production date/batch number, quantity) and external packaging integrity;

2. Advanced inspection

For materials without traceability, carry out advanced inspections as required, including X-RAY, open cover analysis (DE-CAP), weldability testing, and commissioning a third-party laboratory (designated White Horse Laboratory) for specialized testing;

3. Outgoing quality control(OQC)

All outgoing materials must be rechecked before shipment to confirm accurate information and correct labels, ensuring that customers receive "zero deviation and zero complaints".
